General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Shipping

All worms are shipped via FedEx Ground with some USPS depending on location and transit times. If you would like another shipping provider other than our standard provider, the customer must email us with each order with the request for a specific shipping provider.

Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday unless other arrangements are made. Holiday shipping schedules will be posted on products page

All orders placed by 7am EST of a valid shipping day will ship that day, after 7am  the shipment will depart the following shipping day. Contact us if you need a shipment to be expedited through the system and we will accommodate if our abilities allow us.

Live arrival guarantee applies if shipment is accepted on the first delivery attempt and if the temperature is between 40-85 degrees Fahrenheit. These temps are for between us (zip code 48065) and the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to know temperatures prior to purchase. We will always pack your orders to the best of our ability to control for all variables. Anything outside those parameters is up to the purchaser’s discretion.

If you are not home when the first delivery attempt is made, the live arrival guarantee is void.

Payment methods include: Paypal, credit card

DOA or damaged products must be reported within the first 24 hr period of receiving the package. Pictures must be included with the email to allow for appropriate feedback.

No returns, refunds or exchanges of products after product has shipped from our facility.

Recurring Subscription Billing

We offer Recurring Subscription Billing service on our entire product selection at no additional cost to you. Flexible and automatic billing frees you from having to place an order every time you run out of items. Please contact us FIRST when needing to modify a subscription.

You can select from any of the recurring subscription options (monthly, biweekly, weekly) for a certain product and also specify the start date. When you subscribe to a product, and the start date differs from the current date, you will first be charged on the day you place the order, after that you will be charged on your selected date based on your subscription type (30 days, 14 days, 7 days)

There is no additional cost when you sign up for Recurring Subscription Billing service. You pay the usual product price and shipping. For example if you select a product priced $10.99 with monthly subscription and specify the start date to be Jan 13, you will receive your shipment around 13th of every month and will be charged $10.99 plus shipping on the 13th of every month.
